Latest Football news reveals “Report: Celtic reject second Arsenal bid for Kieran Tierney

Reports emanating from The Time says that Celtic have rejected a second bid from Arsenal for their defender Kieran Tierney.

Celtic, The Scottish champions knocked back a first offer of £15m for the left back. The Gunners were said to be unperturbed and confident that they could find a agreement, but it seems improved terms haven’t yet been acceptable.

The report though not very clear at the moment, suggests that the Scottish champions are demanding for something closer to £25m valuation for the left back, which is not the value currently on the Arsenal’s transfer table.

The cost of the bringing the Celtic defender could be hugely triggered by the sale of Arsenal’s Sead Kolasinac, as £25m acquisition of a defender will represent a significant chunk in Arsenal’s summer’s transfer budget.

it is very obvious and this report shows the two clubs are negotiating, and if terms are reached, the deal will be made official.
