The Super Eagles right back, Shehu Abdullahi has unveiled his injury situation as he responded positively to his supporters about his injury state.
Shehu made it open that he is getting better and will soon return to full fitness as everything is going as planned after picking up an knock in the first match against Burundi in the AFCON tournament 2019.
Recalled that Chidozie Awaziem was opportuned to replace the player, after early injury gotten in the first half of Saturday’s encounter against Burundi.
Speaking to Brila on his route to recovery, his fitness although remains a huge doubt and he was confirmed unfit as he didn’t take part in the vital victory against Guinea in the yester-noon encounter.
Shehu Abdullahi who wished his teammates victory and all 3 points while thanking Nigerians and the rest of the team for their love, prayers, and support to him, was seen in the bench, but he’s expected to be fit for the third Super Eagles match.
